Submit Proposal 

To submit a project to be considered and featured as part of A-Bar please abide by the following guidelines.

Send us an A4 page document with the following information

​

1. Name of the project 

2. Participants names 

3. Contact information of project leader

4. One Sentence Project Description

5. Project summary 

6. How did the project come about?

7. How does this project affect the local community?

8. How will you use A-Bar funding towards the realization of your project? 

9. What is the time frame for your project, and how could you share the progress/completion?

10. Please send no more than 4 photos to aid your proposal

 

 

 

Guideline

A-Bar is for local communities we do not accept applications for any projects that place themselves more than 20 miles away from the venue.

​

Please be aware that projects that have not received any government funding will be favoured over those that have received regular funding. We are trying the level the playing field not add to the current model.

​

Your proposal doesn’t need to be a novel. Keep it short, quick and to the point!

 

Your idea can be about ANYTHING!

We DO NOT use technology to present (aka powerpoint or things that are based on the idea of the projector)
